Your happiness with your new purchase is our top priority. That’s why we give you 30 days (from the day you receive your item) to get to know your new piece and, if it doesn’t work out, return it for a full refund of the original merchandise value.

POLICY DETAILS

  • Returns from all brands are included in our 30 day satisfaction guarantee policy.
  • All returns must be in their original condition. We cannot accept items that are damaged, scratched, soiled, or show signs of excessive wear. 
  • Custom and made-to-order items were created just for you, and aren’t eligible for returns (except Ravine Home and select Joybird and Interior Define items).
 
  • Other items that can’t be returned include:
 Monogrammed or personalized items
, final sale, and clearance items (our team will confirm any final sale or clearance items with you before placing your order).


Rug Returns

Returning a rug? Our 30 day satisfaction guarantee still applies so long as the rug is in its original condition and returned in the original packaging. Please note we deduct a 15% restocking fee on all returned rugs.


Ravine Home Returns + Donation Program

We offer a 60 day risk-free trial with all Ravine Home purchases. That means you have 60 days to binge watch, snuggle, and test out your new Ravine Home piece, risk-free. 

We’re passionate about reducing our impact on the environment and supporting our local communities, so if for any reason you decide it’s not going to work out, you can get a full refund by donating your Ravine Home piece to a 501c3 tax-exempt organization of your choice. Our team is here to help and will happily work with you to find the most convenient way to donate your item.

Simply send us proof of your donation and we’ll issue you a full refund (minus a 25% return processing fee).


Joybird Returns

We honor Joybird's 365 day return policy on all items unless damaged, soiled, or excessively used. 

  • Orders under $7500 and returned within 14 days will receive a full refund including shipping. 

  • Orders over $7500 are eligible for returns, minus a 20% return processing fee. 


Interior Define Returns

We honor Interior Define's 60 day return policy, excluding any items that are damaged, soiled, or excessively used. 

Returned items initiated within 60 days of delivery will incur a 50% processing fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. The return must be completed within 60 days of delivery date; returns picked up outside of 60 days will not be honored. Only one return or exchange is allowed per order. 

Returns due to improper measurement of delivery access points cannot be accepted. Please reference our Guide on Measuring for Delivery prior to purchasing your Made-to-order item. If you have any questions, our team is here to help. 





CANCELLATIONS

Click the “place order” button too soon? Don’t worry, you can cancel your order within 24 hours completely free of charge. Please note, once your items have shipped, they cannot be cancelled but you can still return them according to our return policy (just scroll up to get the scoop).


Made-to-Order Item Modification and Cancellation Policy

All orders placed with Modsy are able to be canceled within 24 hours without penalty. Please note, once items have shipped, they cannot be cancelled but you can still return them according to our return policy.  

Made-to-order or custom items have a 48 hour grace period where you can make changes or cancel your order free of charge. 

Please note, changes or modifications made after the 48 hour for period for Ravine Home period will incur a modification charge of 15%.

 

Modifications made after the 72 hour period for Interior Define will incur a modification charge of 25%. Order cancellations requested after 30 days from placing an order will incur a 50% fee. Once the order is shipped from our production facility, the shipping fee is nonrefundable.



DAMAGED ITEMS

At Modsy, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our products. But sometimes the universe conspires against us and your items might arrive damaged or defective. In the unlikely event that this happens, please contact us at hello@modsy.com and we’ll make things right!
